Adrienne Roof, M.S.Ed. (Candidate)

Adrienne is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Old Dominion University specializing in a dual-modality framework in person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies. She is passionate about supporting individuals through trauma, grief, and life transitions, creating a compassionate and collaborative space for healing and growth.

Adrienne’s clinical approach is grounded in synergetic techniques to foster personal development, resilience, and empowerment in her clients.
