Caroline Lahkim-Bennani brings a diverse background and a passion for holistic care to her practice. A third-generation graduate of Florida State University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Economics before completing her Master of Social Work (MSW) at Virginia Commonwealth University, graduating Cum Laude in 2024.

Caroline’s experience spans outpatient, residential, and inpatient settings, working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health and substance use challenges. Her approach combines empathy, expertise, and evidence-based practices to deliver comprehensive, person-centered care.

Grounded in person-centered and solution-focused therapy, Caroline empowers clients to define their goals and take an active role in their healing journey. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their strengths, challenges, and aspirations with clarity and confidence.

Caroline’s vision is to empower individuals to create lives that reflect their dignity and purpose. She believes in the healing power of authenticity and strives to provide a safe space to explore the past, embrace the present, and plan for the future. Her goal is to deliver ethical, evidence-based care that promotes self-awareness, confidence, and social justice.
