KAREN RICHENDOLLAR, MSN, RN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CNML

Karen Richendollar, MSN, RN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, CNML, is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with a strong commitment to serving her Hampton Roads community. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing Practice from Old Dominion University and is currently completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice. She also holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration from Western Governors University. 

Karen’s clinical interests include working with children and adolescents, and she specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, and trauma-related conditions. She also provides compassionate care for individuals experiencing grief and loss. Her diverse background in emergency care, critical care, leadership, and research informs her evidence-based, trauma-informed approach to mental health care.
