Liz is very knowledgeable and helpful. She takes the time to explain every aspect of her treatment plan, which I respect as someone with anxiety about taking new medication! I’m certain she will put me on the right path to better mental health. I highly recommend Liz, as well as this practice.

I had around a 20 minute web visit. I was basically told that I had a borderline personality disorder (I’m male) And that I should get electrotherapy and give myself brain damage with electric shocks, She recommended zero medication’s Or modification to my medication. She’s also not a qualified psychotherapist, and therapy was all I wanted. I didn’t get a chance to discuss any of my trauma history.

Amazing! I felt that I was listened to, no rush, no dismissive feelings I had with other therapists. I genuinely felt so great after I talked to her. I finally have peace of mind that someone truly understands me and listened.

Extremely attentive and responsive
