Anna Crossley

Anna Crossley, MA, Resident in Counseling, is a National Certified Counselor who is passionate about supporting adults navigating trauma, life transitions, and the unique challenges faced by military families. With a person-centered and solution-focused approach, Anna creates a collaborative space where clients feel genuinely heard, encouraged, and empowered to grow.

She is dedicated to holding space for each client’s story with empathy, authenticity, and deep respect, helping individuals feel truly seen and understood. Incorporating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Anna helps clients build practical tools for emotion regulation, mindfulness, and effective communication. Drawing from her experience working with military and trauma-affected populations, she supports clients in building resilience, rediscovering strength, and moving toward meaningful healing and change.

Anna’s goal is to foster a warm and supportive environment where clients can find clarity, confidence, and hope as they work toward the life they want to create.
