Amy is a 20-year Navy Veteran, a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist, and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) certified through Yoga Alliance. She is known for creating an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment that promotes mindfulness, personal growth, and well-being, allowing students to reconnect with themselves and find peace. Having personally experienced the mental health benefits of consistent yoga practice, Amy is deeply committed to helping others discover the healing and balance the practice can offer. With experience in several styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, Hot 26+2, Yoga Nidra, and Children’s yoga. Amy designs customized practices for students of all ages and skill levels. Her mission is to guide individuals toward greater awareness, resilience, and joy through the transformative practice of yoga.
