Works in the Virginia Beach, VA office
I earned my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University in 2026 and am currently practicing as a Resident in Counseling. I am passionate about helping adults navigate life’s challenges in a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment.
My counseling approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I believe each client is the expert on their own life, and I strive to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I enjoy working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy staying physically active and building LEGO sets, both of which help me maintain balance and well-being.
