Patti Strauss

Patti provides compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in neuroscience and trauma-informed practices. She specializes in supporting clients across all ages and life stages in building resilience, adaptive coping strategies, inner peace, and a stronger sense of self. Patti works extensively with individuals navigating developmental, relational, and complex trauma, PTSD, and the challenges of neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, CPTSD, etc.), particularly when traditional therapies have been less effective.

With a background in integrative health, Patti takes a holistic approach—viewing each client as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms. She draws from body-focused, mind-focused, and emotion-focused interventions to tailor care that promotes sustainable healing and wellness.

Patti is deeply committed to understanding her clients beyond their struggles, exploring what motivates them and sustains their growth. Her goal is to help individuals break through barriers, reclaim the life they were meant to live, and cultivate long-term wellbeing—mentally, physically, and emotionally.
