I am a Resident in Counseling dedicated to supporting individuals in achieving mental wellness and navigating life’s challenges. Originally from New York City, I moved to the Hampton Roads area in 2020 to continue my professional journey in the mental health field.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia State University in 2019 and worked as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) for five years, providing services to children and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, and PTSD. I later obtained my Master of Science in Education from Old Dominion University in December 2025.
I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to grow, heal, and thrive.
